Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QuickDesign ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Tiers

QuickDesign offers multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Enterprise), each with different project limits and features. Current pricing and features are available on our Pricing page.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Project limits reset monthly on your billing anniversary date

Add-On Projects

Additional project packs can be purchased beyond your monthly limit. Add-on projects do not expire and remain available until used.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused projects
• Add-on project purchases are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion

Usage Rights and Restrictions

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or commercial interior design projects.

You May:

• Generate designs for personal or commercial projects
• Download and use generated renders, specifications, and floorplans
• Share outputs with contractors, clients, or stakeholders
• Modify downloaded designs for your specific needs

You May Not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Platform itself
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform (scraping, bots)
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or payment systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

The Platform, including its code, design, features, and branding, is owned by QuickDesign and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any input data you provide (room dimensions, preferences, etc.). By using the Platform, you grant us a license to process this data to generate your designs.

Generated Outputs

You own the generated renders, specifications, and floorplans created through your account, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and active subscription status.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or accuracy of generated designs
• Compatibility with all devices or software
• That generated designs comply with local building codes

Professional Consultation

Generated designs are for visualization and planning purposes only. Always consult with licensed architects, engineers, and contractors before construction. We are not responsible for construction outcomes based on generated designs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abusive behavior toward our staff or other users
• Any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users

Upon termination, your access to the Platform and generated content will be revoked. You may download your content before termination.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use and cancel your subscription.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.
